MCS Recipe Importer — Terms of Service
Effective from: [DATE]
1. General
- The MCS Recipe Importer service (the “Service”) is provided by [NAZWA FIRMY / IMIĘ I NAZWISKO], [ADRES], tax ID (NIP) [NIP], contact: [E-MAIL KONTAKTOWY] (the “Provider”).
- The Service converts recipes from websites into steps and settings for the Monsieur Cuisine Smart kitchen machine and helps transfer them to the recipe form on monsieur-cuisine.com. It works as a Chrome browser extension and as a mobile app.
- MCS Recipe Importer is not affiliated with Lidl, Monsieur Cuisine, Vorwerk, Thermomix or Cookidoo. These names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
- These Terms govern services provided electronically. Using the Service requires accepting them.
2. Technical requirements
Google Chrome (computer) or a phone running iOS or Android, internet access and an active e-mail address.
3. Account
- You create an account by entering your e-mail address and the one-time code sent to it. No password is needed.
- One person uses one account. Temporary e-mail addresses and creating accounts to get around the limits are not allowed.
- You can delete your account at any time in the extension settings, in the app or at /delete-account.
4. Free plan
- The free plan lets you convert 2 recipes per calendar month. The limit applies to the e-mail address, also after the account is deleted and created again.
- Opening a recipe from your history again doesn't use the limit. A conversion that fails is not counted.
5. Premium
- Premium is a subscription renewed automatically every month. The current price is shown before purchase.
- Payments are handled by Stripe (purchases in the extension or on the website), the Apple App Store or Google Play (purchases in the app). The Provider does not store payment card details.
- You can cancel the subscription at any time: one bought via Stripe — in the account settings of the extension (“Manage subscription”); one bought in the app — in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Premium includes unlimited recipe conversions within fair use (up to 50 recipes per month).
- The Provider may grant Premium free of charge to selected users.
6. Right of withdrawal
- A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it by writing to [E-MAIL KONTAKTOWY].
- If the consumer asks for Premium to start before this period ends and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal, the right expires in accordance with consumer protection law.
- Refunds for purchases in the App Store and Google Play are handled by those stores under their own rules.
7. Nature of the Service and liability
- Recipes are converted automatically with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Before cooking, check the ingredients, temperatures, times and speeds, and follow the safety rules in your appliance's manual.
- The Service is for personal use. You are responsible for having the right to use the recipes you convert (e.g. from paid services).
- The Provider is not responsible for third-party websites and devices, including monsieur-cuisine.com.
8. Prohibited use
Circumventing the limits, automated or mass use of the Service, interfering with its operation and unlawful use are prohibited.
9. Complaints
Send complaints to [E-MAIL KONTAKTOWY], describing the problem. We reply within 14 days. Payment complaints for the App Store and Google Play are handled by those stores.
10. Personal data
How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and final provisions
- We announce changes to these Terms by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account and cancel the subscription.
- Polish law applies to matters not covered here, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer lives. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. a consumer ombudsman.
